His suspension was prompted by a motion of urgent national importance presented by Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations. Senator Ningi faced suspension due to his infringement of legislative rules, misconduct, and unethical behavior.
Senator Moro&#;s motion on Tuesday focused on one request: for the Senate to review the additional resolution recorded in its Votes and Proceedings of Wednesday, March 13, , and reinstate Senator Ningi to enable him to resume his legislative duties.
